For deliveries within the UAE, once your order has been approved and your package is ready to leave our facility, you will be informed by our team or by the courier agent to arrange the delivery at your convenience.

On rare occasions, slight delays might occur during periods of high volume. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Mille Miglia Gallery LLC is happy to provide same day delivery within Dubai for orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays and weekends.

Please note that will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. In addition, multiple shipments/deliveries may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Return Policy

To ensure a smooth shopping experience, Mille Miglia Gallery LLC is pleased to accept return requests if you are not satisfied with your goods and wish to return part or all of your order. Return requests will be issued as store credit, or an exchange can be made for items of equal value. If you wish to return your order or part of your order, please send your request to Mille Miglia Gallery LLC within 10 days of delivery provided:

Mille Miglia Gallery LLC has been notified of the reason for return.

The items are unused, in original condition, with packaging and tags still intact.

The products to be returned are not artworks, jewelry, handmade, or limited-edition pieces.

The products to be returned are not assembled flat-pack items, perishable goods, or toiletries.

The items to be returned are the actual goods delivered by Mille Miglia Gallery LLC.

Mille Miglia Gallery LLC is under no obligation to accept returns and provide refunds for goods or products that do not meet these terms unless they are damaged on delivery or faulty. Please note that in case of excessive returns or exchanges, Mille Miglia Gallery LLC reserves the right to refuse future service with any customer.

Damages or Defects

Upon receiving your order, you are kindly asked to check your order for any defects or shortages and to notify Mille Miglia Gallery LLC within three working days of any problem with your order.

If you find that your order contains products that are damaged or defective, Mille Miglia Gallery LLC will be happy to exchange the item(s) or issue a full refund in accordance with our Refund policy, provided that:

Photographs of the damage or defect are received by Mille Miglia Gallery LLC via email, or the item is returned to Mille Miglia Gallery LLC for examination.

Mille Miglia Gallery LLC accepts the item(s) was damaged on delivery, is defective, or was not delivered.

Upon approval, Mille Miglia Gallery LLC will cover the cost of return for items that were delivered damaged or are found to be defective by sending our delivery agent to arrange pick-up and delivery back to our warehouses and we will issue a full refund that includes any applicable original delivery cost accordingly.

Items to be returned should be accompanied by the original receipt.

Goods and products should be returned in the original packaging.

The amount of the original purchase will be reimbursed as a store credit to your Mille Miglia Gallery LLC account. Upon crediting your account, a credit voucher code will be sent as confirmation. This credit voucher code can be used at any time on Mille Miglia Gallery LLC’ web shop for future purchases.

While Mille Miglia Gallery LLC does cover additional costs incurred for returns made on damaged or defective items, our policy does not extend to delivery charges incurred for returns made for any other reason. Mille Miglia Gallery LLC will accept returns made within ten days of delivery, sent using any shipping company of the customer’s choice, and paid for by the customer. Alternately, returns can be made by simply bringing the item to any one of our store locations and informing the store staff of the reason for return.

Refunds are only applicable for damaged or defective items on delivery.


Upon receiving a return, Mille Miglia Gallery LLC will verify that the returned items satisfy the terms and conditions of the Return policy mentioned above.

Unfortunately, if the returned items do not meet Mille Miglia Gallery LLC’ stated quality control standards and terms & conditions, Mille Miglia Gallery LLC will have no choice but to refuse the return. If this occurs, the customer will be informed to arrange pick-up and delivery of the purchased item from our location within 30 calendar days.

If the returned items satisfy Mille Miglia Gallery LLC’ control standards as per the conditions of our Return and Damages or Defects policy, a full refund including any original delivery charges will be issued to the purchaser through the initial mode of payment (refund to card or cash back).

Please note that card refunds may take up to 7-14 business days for your bank or card provider to complete, depending on their processing time. This time period may vary greatly between different card issuers and Mille Miglia Gallery LLC is unable to influence this procedure or the time that card providers may take to process a refund.

Improper Returns

Returned goods that do not meet the conditions of Mille Miglia Gallery LLC’ Return policy or Damages or Defects policy terms cannot be refunded or exchanged. On such occasions,

Mille Miglia Gallery LLC will retain the returned product until the customer arranges for its pick up or delivery.

If no action is taken by the customer within 30 days, Mille Miglia Gallery LLC will take responsibility for the returned goods without any liability to the customer.

Canceling Orders

If you would like to cancel an order you have made, this is only possible if the item has not been dispatched from our facilities. Just give us a call at +971 52 646 3745 during office hours from 10:00 am and 6:00 pm (UAE time) from Saturday through Thursday, and we will be pleased to assist you. Once your order is on its way to you, we, unfortunately, will not be able to cancel it.
